We share information and consulting based on our own experience running a commercial maintenance company. Our lists name companies that hire local contractors and explain how to apply to them.
Being on our list does not mean any company will approve you or send you work. Each company sets its own vendor requirements, and those requirements change. We do not promise any particular result, income or amount of work. Your results depend on your own business, effort, market and many factors outside our control.
Company names, phone numbers, websites and sign-up pages change. We check our information but cannot guarantee it is current or complete.
Prices and what each product includes are shown at checkout or in your agreement with us. Any refund terms are stated at the time of purchase.
Our lists, courses and documents are for your own business. Please don't resell or republish them.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.
